• Players born in 2016–2020
• Have their own full gear
• Able to skate & little ice-hockey experience
• *All applicants must be registered players of HKCIHA.

• *所有申請者必須是中國香港冰球總會註冊球員

HKD $2,300 for 10 practices, 1.5 hours each.
Quota: 20 pax (3–5 pax on waiting list).
No refund except non-selection or program cancellation.

港幣$2,300 / 10堂，每堂1.5小時
名額：20人（候補名單3–5人）
除非球員未入選或計劃取消，任何情況下均不退款。

Payment is required immediately after registration and will be refunded if not selected.
Only cheques payable to Hong Kong, China Ice Hockey Association Limited are accepted.
Please post or hand-deliver the cheque to:
Unit 26, 4/F, Nan Fung Commercial Centre, No. 19 Lam Lok Street, Kowloon.
Attn: 2025-2026 U9 Feeder.
Write the child’s name on the back of the cheque.

a. All selected players must sign the Code of Conduct & Waiver Form.
b. Under-age players require a parental-signed under-age waiver.

a. 所有代表球員必須簽署球員守則及免責聲明。
b. 未滿十八歲的球員，必須由父母簽署未成年免責聲明。

Player selection will be made by HKCIHA.

球員甄選由中國香港冰球總會全權負責。

This training program is subvented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department (LCSD).

此培訓計劃由康樂及文化事務署（LCSD）資助。
